Project - Create account in Tinkercad

  1. Visit tinkercad.com (Links to an external site.) and click Join Now.

  2. Create your personal account.

    If you're under the age of 13, your parents need to log in to approve this step.

  3. Alternatively, you can log in without creating a personal account (with limited sharing capability to protect those under the age of 13).

    Your mentor needs to provide you with a class code and nickname.

  4. Your account is considered created when the dashboard appears.

    Mentor generates a class code and nickname by:

    1. creating an Educator Account here (Links to an external site.) (or changing the profile to "teacher" if one has an existing account)
    2. creating a new class here (Links to an external site.)
    3. assigning a nickname to each student
